This illustration is inspired by those beautiful autumn days when you can roam through the forest and gather mushrooms for dinner. I always like to take a slightly surreal approach in my illustrations, so I gave the children and their mother raincoats with hoods that look like mushroom hats, so they all look a bit like mushrooms.
