Typically Austrian/Italian summer drinks — Kaiserspritzer, Hugo and Aperol Spritz. These refreshing drinks are based on white wine or prosecco, mixed with elderflower, lemon, mint or Aperol. 

Kaiserspritzer: a typically Austrian summer drink, blending white wine, elderflower syrup, lemon and sparkling water. 

Hugo: a modern summer drink from Italian/Austrian area that blends prosecco with elderflower syrup, mint, lime and soda water. 

Aperol Spritz: a summer drink from Italy, blending Aperol with prosecco  and soda, served with orange slices
